PAYMENT
We do not have Credit Card facilities and full payment is requested in cash on arrival or by pre-cleared cheque subject to acknowledgement of my cancellation policy.
PRICES
The prices featured in our Brochure and on our Web Site are per person per night. These prices include accommodation as per the specified room inclusive of breakfast & all usual amenities.
Arrival and Departure
Your room will be available by 3pm on your specified day of arrival (earlier by prior arrangement) and on your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room by 10.00am.
LOST KEYS
Lost keys will be charged at the rate of £10 per key.
AMENDMENTS
If you wish to make an amendment to your booking, you should contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking then please contact us on tel: 01359 234968 at least 48 hours before your arrival date or payment will be charged in lieu of notice, unless the room can be rebooked.
INSURANCE
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal accident and personal public liability.
We regret we are unable to accept pets.
Fen House ia a NON SMOKING Bed and Breakfast.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay, you must bring it to the attention of the management at the time to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify it.
